As well as this, all staff have access to a suite of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) modules through Educare, the trust’s third-party training provider. Furthermore, each school offers an extensive CPD programme tailored to their staff delivered through a number of sessions throughout the academic year.

Training and development opportunities are made available to all staff at LT2 and each staff member will have their own personalised development plan as part of the appraisal process.
